We are a working country family, and we have always had lots of dogs around. We take great pleasure in training and working them, and we have passed that passion on to the Children.

The recent years have been hard for us all, with the pandemic and other issues, but 2022 was particularly hard in our house for a number of other reasons and, as always in these situations, none more so than on the boys.

I met Barry and Gilli quite by chance, regarding something organised by a mutual friend that had nothing to do with dogs, at all. Gavin accompanied me, that day, and he was enthralled with what he saw, but nothing caught his eye more than  Fred, the young Black Lab' pup! It turned out that Fred had a Brother, Cooper, and the idea was already taking shape in my head...

It was only a week later that we returned as a family, and Fred and Cooper have been attached to Gavin and Billy, respectively, ever since. These will be working dogs, from working stock, but there can be no mistaking the timeliness of their arrival in our lives, and the beneficial effect they have had on the boys.
